Description:
Hale Makani means "House of the Wind". It
is a spacious and affordable condominium
in the Kuau Plaza complex, a favorite
of windsurfers and kiteboarders. This
self-contained condo is good for the traveler
who wants to cook their own meals, but is also
close to many restaurants and eating places. Conveniently located one and a half miles from Paia, walking distance to Kuau Cove Beach
a protected rock-pool beach just 3
houses away; right by landmark restaurant,
Mama's Fish House. Windsurf, kiteboard, or surf
right next door at Ho'okipa Beach, and
"Lanes". The condo was
renovated 2years ago. It features a clean upgraded
kitchen, full size refrigerator with Ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, blender, kitchen utensils. There are two bathrooms
with showers, a master
bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with two
twin beds, a roomy living room with a fold out
futon. The unit is on
the ground floor and can easily be accessed from
the reserved parking right in front of the door.
This unit has one reserved parking space
allocated. The back has large sliding doors that open to a
small covered porch with a large grassy
common area outside that can be used for sunbathing and
Charcoal BBQ's
(community grills). This condo does not have air
conditioning. The regular tradewinds provide a
pleasant cooling breeze, and the unit also has
ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. There is an outdoor shower
and a hose to wash off your gear. Across the
lawn is a communal
laundry room with several full size washers and
dryers. The condo sleeps 4 in the
two bedrooms. A great place to have your
kiteboarding vacation, or windsurfing holiday. |
